Once a month Maisy the Cow comes for cow cuddling!  Animals have a lower heart rate than humans so hugging them helps you relax! Don’t worry, 20+  specially trained yoga goats will be in costume to do yoga with you!  Class is suitable for all levels, children are welcome but are expected to participate and not wander around. Alpaca hugging booth is available at every class.
Please bring a mat or towel. Mat rentals available for $5.
