Join the goats and alpacas for a VIRTUAL goat yoga session!  Log on to Zoom with your pet, kids or imaginary goat for the funniest virtual yoga class you’ve ever been to.  Goats will be in costume, feel free to dress up your pet  too.  Class is about 30 min and suitable for all levels! 

Wednesdays 7 am, we live in Arizona…its HOT.  Zoom link will be sent the night before.  Have a mat or towel ready, chair yoga is great if have limitations or are at the office!
