A little about us:

Those who have heard about “goat yoga” before, often ask, “Who was the first Goat Yoga?” or “Who started Goat Yoga?” Arizona Goat Yoga was the first, and still is, the only goat yoga of its kind. Our website goatyoga.com/ was created in 2015- a year before any other goat yoga’s came to be (website start date)  As the original creators of Goat Yoga, owners Sarah Williams and April Gould are constantly coming up with new themes and ideas to mix it up, as you can see in our Class Schedule. We take pride in our woman-owned business. We are always adding animals, or elements of surprise, such as alpacas or cows, even hedgehogs. It’s hard to keep up with the madness! You can be assured there are no two classes alike, nor is there anything like goat yoga you have ever experienced before! We are now among the top 10 things to do in Arizona, and attract tourist from all across the world. We are also the largest goat yoga with our classes filling with 150 yogis. Our goal at Arizona Goat Yoga is to make people happy, and we even GUARANTEE a “Goat Experience”. We thrive on the positive energy of others. We love the sound of laughter as our parade of circus trained goats run across your back in cute colorful tutus. The benefits are endless!!

February is National Goat Yoga Month!  We will be celebrating this February’s “National Goat Yoga Month” by making our largest goat yoga classes official in the Guinness Book of World Records for “The Largest Goat Yoga Class”, on February 23, 2019.
